Too Cute To Spook Blog Hop | DCWV Eek-a-Boo Stack!

(Looking for the Create & Craft Hop post?  Click HERE!)

Hello and welcome to the DCWV Too Cute To Spook Halloween Hop!!

TODAY the current DCWV Design Team is bringing you a group of projects that were made using the newest, cutest DCWV Halloween stack, Eek-a-Boo! Halloween is quickly approaching and it's time to turn your spooky crafting up to high gear!
__________
I have two sweet and spooky cards to share with you today plus a video!

Some of the papers from the Eeek-a-Boo mat stack and a few of the spider sequins from the sequin pack come together here to make a fabulous subway art focal.

I added some embossing powder to the little spiders to make them super shiny!

(  If you like it, please take a quick trip to youtube once you finish the hop and subscribe!)

On my second card I used tons of spellbinder's dies, some stickles and the Eek-a-Boo 6x6 paper pad to create a cute backdrop for my haunted house on the hill.

These gold stars also come in the sequin pack and work nicely with a small brad in the middle.

Here's the hop list:

NOW: Make sure you go through the entire hop and comment on each blog in order to be entered a stack from DCWV! (Three winners total!!)

I hope you have BOOtiful day!

Create & Craft TV | Elite DT Announcement!

I have SUCH an amazing announcement for all of you today!
(AND a completely fabulous prize opportunity! Make sure to read all the way to the bottom for details!)

A few weeks ago I was told by none other than Ms. Jinger Adams, herself that an insanely awesome company from the UK was bringing their SUPER popular 24 hour CRAFT ONLY shopping network to the US.  I am SO excited to announce that I am going to be personally bringing you inspiration, and information from Create & Craft as a member of their Elite Design Team!

___________

In honor of this announcement, I have broken into a few things that we on the DT have been sent for our first assignment, and have created a little eye candy for you!

On this project I used Create and Craft dies (Essential Rectangles, Deckle Edge Rectangles, Candy Cane Set, and Flora Sprig), Create & Craft Basal Cardstock, and a few sparkly gems.

All the Create and Craft brand dies are engineered so well!  That's why they cut like BUTTER and you can use them to cut, emboss and stencil - like I did on this sweet little bow.

I cut my photos, mats, and most of my embellishments with the C&C TV dies.  I was able to create that nice embossed edge on my photos by printing them on Sticky Note photo paper. Didn't they turn out great?

As you can see, I laid down three stripes of acrylic paint  and built my layers on top.  The C&C TV Basal cardstock is thick and sturdy and did an awesome job not warping once the paint dried!

_________________-

Obviously I'm not on this DT alone!  So, we have a little hop going on where you can meet all the other sweet ladies and comment to WIN one of 9 amazing prizes (which includes a sampling of C&C TV products similar to the ones I used in the above project! $50 value!)

Britt Bass <<< You Are Here!

SO, what do you have to do to win?  I'll tell you:

1 - Go to the Create & Craft TV website and SIGN UP for emails!
2- Hop along with the DT today and COMMENT on each one to be entered 9 times!
3 - SHARE, SHARE, SHARE! We only get to give away all the wonderful prizes if C&C TV gets to 5000 email subscribers!  So, make sure ALL your friends and followers know about today's hop!

You have from today until October 19th to enter the giveaway and we'll announce the winners on the 28th!
