Micro Light Box

Hello!

I was just over that the Scrapmaster’s Paradise Forum and we are having a discussion about light boxes and photography techniques. Many crafters take photos of cards and layouts but don’t really know the improved quality that you can achieve with a simple photo tent or micro light box. So, I wanted to show you what I use to give you some ideas on how to improve your crafty photos.

Here is a the micro light box that my dad built for me (isn’t he handy!?) :

It’s a wooden frame and a wooden floor wrapped in this thin, white stretch polyester fabric. I decided to go with this kind of fabric because, as you can see I can ‘push’ the light further in or out to change the intensity and quality of the light. I’ve actually used two aluminum work lights that can be found in a hardware store because they are cheap, but they still take small true-color bulbs. I need to go and get one of the larger ones to put on the top – then I will really be in business, lol!

Here is a shot where you can see the lamps I use:

The one downside is that these lamps get hot pretty fast. I’ve never really had a problem, but I am careful never to leave them on when they are not in use, so I don’t let them get TOO hot. There are other slightly more expensive alternatives but these work for me right now.

I used to have a homemade photobox (which worked well also) that I made from cardboard and tissue, but it collapsed a lot and I got frustrated with it. You might have more luck – try searching for tutorials online, there are TONS!

Another thing to consider is that my setup is not easily moved. I am fortunate to have a permanent place to keep mine set up, but if you need to transport or break it down often – I’d look into a photo tent that can be collapsed.

Then, I increase the ‘blacks’ a little (In PSE8: Enhance>Adjust Lighting>Levels) and I make it a bit brighter (Enhance>Adjust Lighting>Brightness/Contrast) and here we are:

I really love my little light box. It makes it SO easy to get photos of my crafts that really LOOK like the original thing I made instead of being dark and distorted.

Stamping with Sami #5–Rock ‘n Roll

Hello people! Good morning and happy Sunday! It is time again for another Stamping with Sami Challenge! This one is cool one!

The Challenge:

The Rock ‘n Roll Technique

(Basically you ink up your stamp and then ‘roll’ the edges of that same stamp in a different color ink. When you stamp the image it has a very cool effect.)

PMS Digital Makeover Challenge #19–Winter Blues

I saw that this week’s challenge was going to be blue and this image automatically came to my mind for some reason. But, I want to give it a different spin – not just coloring or regular paper piecing. so I cut it all out and decided to really give it lots of dimension. I embossed the sails and background (don’t you LOVE that vintage background?!) and popped pretty much EVERYthing up with pop dots to give it a really lively look:

The thing I really like about this one is how the background is stamped. I used the smallest Candy Heart shape, inked up, and stamped off before I stamped them. I love the faint background pattern it created!

Stamping With Sami #2–Simple Masking

Good Morning folks! Today is Saturday and we are about to embark on another Stamping With Sami challenge over at SP & Company! I actually have a few extra pictures to go with today’s post because I wanted to show you a little of how I did my masking.

Inside it says “I missed your Birthday”.

I wanted to show masking in a little bit of a different way. You can use masking in small amounts to make your stamps more versatile.

Here’s what I did:

I decided that I wanted to see how many different things I could make with the Hug a Bug stamp set. I am very partial to it (obviously). Since the challenge was masking I had to think a little outside the box.

I started with this little bug body stamp. I stamped once and fussy cut it out. Like so:

I put the ‘mask’ down on my paper and I stamped over it, which masked the bottom-most lines on the bug body.

Put the mask over the new stamped image and stamp again to complete the body of your fish!

The next part I like to call ‘reverse masking” mostly because I don’t know what it’s called if it has another name. So, I took another little bug part, stamped it, cut it out, and trimmed the unneeded part.

Next, I placed the mask over the STAMP so I would only ink the part I wanted to stamp.

And I stamped on top of the body. Here he is with his little bug wing fins and a sweet smile. : )

I used some of the circles to make extra bubbles and the fish's eye. And the tail was stamped right onto the body with another little bug body part. Here’s my finished fish:

Resolutions

I have never made scrapbooking-related resolutions before.

I know, I know, but I've never really felt as serious about my cardmaking and scrapbooking as I did this past year. I many ways - it saved me from completely losing myself in the bad stuff. I needed to be saved from the bad stuff this past year. I don't ever really get personal on this blog because that isn't what this blog is about, but suffice to say that I have never, in my life, been so happy to see a year end. For the most part, I want to spend the rest of the years of my life erasing most of 2011 from my memory.

I did have some great things happen. I took an amazing trip to California. I stayed at a job the longest I've ever been at one place. And I got on my first design teams and gained more than half of my AMAZING current followers!

So. Here goes with this year's goals:

I resolve to Scrapbook more.
- I need to get back to pictures. I need to get back to memories. I can't keep allowing a few big bad things keep me from looking at all the big good things.

I resolve to make more cards that are not for design team assignments.
-I've gotten into a bit of a rut for posting. What I really mean by this is that I need to POST the other things I make because I want to share my passion and not just my obligations (though I LOVE my design team assignments!).

I resolve to devote 365 LESS moments to thinking about the past.
- I can't continue to dwell on 2011. I have to celebrate the good moments and move on.

I resolve to be more healthy.
- I'm not going to let unhealthy behavior rule my life because it's easier. I'm too young to feel so old. I'm too young to feel so tired.

So. That is it. I don't expect to be 100% successful, but I'm not going to count myself out too early either. : )

SPCC #131 - Wisteria Wonder, Very Vanilla, Real Red

Hello! Monday is upon us and I’m ready for the LAST Color Combo Challenge FOREVER over at Scrapmaster’s Paradise! But, not to worry because 2012 is bringing some exciting changes to SP & Company. You won’t want to miss it!

Here is my inspiration, which you are going to think is SO cool (when I tell you what SP&Co. stamp set I used)!

I used the Hug a Bug stamp set to make my flower! It is designed in lots of little parts that can be used to make a bunch of bugs…BUT if you take some of the “prettiest” parts and stamp them over and over and fussy cut them you can make LOTS of very beautiful flowers!

An Announcement!

Hello! Have I ever told you how I love TPS? I really do. I would LOVE to be a Pink Lady! I have recently been devoting lots of time to these stamps because I am making a special set of Christmas cards for a friend and card customer featuring Lil’ Lolitas and Lil’ Lads.

PMS Digital Makeover Challenge #6 - Anything But a Card!

Good Morning! Here to bring you another week of the Paper Makeup Stamps: Digital Makeover Challenge!

This week we are doing ANYTHING but a card! That pretty much leaves it wide open, now doesn’t it? I got into the fall spirit with my Thanksgiving tag! I actually used a pretty cool technique here: I used a glue pen to go over the outline of the pumpkins and heat embossed them with some brown embossing powder and instead of coloring them I gave them a healthy dose of orange glitter!

Hello from the Beach!

Just wanted to give you a little bit of the GREEN! No, not money - ENVY.

Her we go:
These are pictures from a beach in Malibu called Las Matador Beach. It was a long walk down there, but an even LONGER walk back up! Take a look and tell me if you think it was worth it, lol !

So, what do you think? The water was COLD, but don't think that stopped me from sticking my feet in! I am here visiting my best friend, Becky and she is the one in these pictures with me. :)

Next time I'll try to post a few photos of my do it yourself SMASH book! I've been really pleased with it so far and I can't wait for you to see some of it. :)

PMS Digital Makeover Challenge #4–Size Matters

Good day! I am very excited to bring you another inspiration card for the PMS Digital Makeover Challenge!

The rules are simple: make a creation using a digital stamp and make sure it follows the week’s challenge! Up for grabs we have three single digis of your choice (or five if you use a PMS image!).

I love what this challenge guided me toward. I’ve never done this with a digi stamp. I actually cropped it and printed it on the RIGHT side of the paper so I could cut the cardstock and fold it into a card with the stamp on the card base. I’m very happy with the result:

PMS Digital Makeover Challenge #3–Use Fabric

Hello people!

I am proud to bring you another week of Paper Makeup Stamps’ Digital Makeover Challenge!

The rules are simple: make a creation using a digital stamp. Up for grabs we have three single digis of your choice (or five if you use a PMS image!).

Maybe something like this:

I am very excited about the way the coloring came out on this one. I masked the top and bottom and stamped the script onto the bodice, then I did the shading in violet Copics. Finally I inked over the whole thing with Distress Ink which really changed the look of the shading in a way that I love! Isn’t that corset digi just to die!?!

Good day all! Today is the start of another Paper Makeup Stamps Digital Makeover Challenge! Here’s the sketch:

I really wanted to show the sizing versatility of digis so I sized-up this little cutie – Tina – and cropped her into more of a bust. I love the way character digis look using this method.

Here she is:

In person the wings are very sparkly, but I just couldn’t get it to photograph. There are also Stickles on all the yellow accents in her jacket which you can see a little bit better.

Basic Grey DT Submission #3–A Little Something Card (SGC)

Hello! A quick post before I go do my first shoebox swap!

I was so IN LOVE with August’s Deconstructed Sketch that I used again for this card (I used it for an Odd Girl card as well!).

I love, love, LOVE the Basic Grey Pops that I got to use on this card. They layer up with each other PERFECTLY! I realized that I had tons of Kioshi embellishments and only one piece of Kioshi cardstock so I REALLY stretched it (with help from the flipside of a Nook and Pantry paper “Waffles”). I also see that this card goes pretty well with the Southern Girls Challenge and Blog Hop!

I love, love, LOVE the way the bloomers look all piled on like that and the Jovial stack is very versatile – there are reds and greens in there but also a healthy dose of blues and whites and I love the way they all work together!

PMS Digital Makeover Challenge #1–Color Combo!

Good day all! I am overjoyed to be able to bring you my first post as a DT member for Paper Makeup Stamps’ Digi’ Makeover Challenge!

The challenge this week is to use the PMS store colors! Pinks, Greys, black, and white. The Prize is 3 single PMS digis (5 if you use a PMS digital stamp!).

I realize now that I REALLY should have LOOKED at the blog before I did my card because my colors are quite a bit more bold than the actual PMS store colors…but I’m so happy with the design and I really wanted to use that particular stamp set with that shiny lips paper! So, I did more of the Pinks, Black and white and not really grey, oops!

Basic Grey DT Submission #1 (Chi Town Mini Book)

So, the BG design team call ended today. I have a long 15 days to wait for the announcement! So, I want to share with you the projects that I’ve made in the last week for the call.

Since I stand as good a chance as anyone (I hope!) of making the team, I decided to only enter each piece in one challenge. Mostly I enter challenges for the feedback and the chance to be top 3 or 5, etc.

SPCC Entry – Using Basic Grey!

This is the last SPCC challenge before the end of the DT call. Here is the challenge:

I immediately thought of my favorite Basic Grey line: Origins. I wanted to do a quilt look so I cut up the FRONT of the origins packaging and used the little square samples to make my quilted circle. It worked perfect!

This is also the second card in my personal challenge to use ALL of my stamps. I used “Gratitude is an Action Word” from Inkadinkado’s Thankful for Everything. I also used Heidi Grace “Thank You w/heart”.

One more post for tonight.

I am very excited to be participating in the first challenge over at Young Crafters Unite! I know that the challenge is open to everyone (as it should be) no matter your true age, but I am excited that the name alone might draw some other crafty young adults like me. I do feel a little bit alone at times. I love ALL of my friends and followers but I do hope to get to know some other paper crafters that I have more lifestyle in common with.

The ladies over at YCU seem very partial to that Clean and Simple look so I REALLY tried to show some design discretion with this one.

Paper Makeup Digital Stamps!

Over at the new Digi Makeover Challenge Blog they are having a DT call. I have never been on a DT before but I am ready and I really want it!

So, they have some awesome freebies to work with (they also have a few good freebies hidden in their blog if you look for them!). All you have to do is go over and download them and then create a card, layout, or project with it.

They also want to know why you love digis. So, I love digis for SOOO many reasons! I love their flexibility. If you go through my blog you will see that I use digis in so many different ways: small, large, portrait, background… and recently I cropped one image into little pieces and used them in an Inchie Arts inspired project. I also love the the instant gratification of buying digital. Even if I don’t have the perfect image, I can think of a project and have an image to go along with it in minutes. Lastly, I love digis because of their affordability. I can get two or three digis for what I might pay for a rubber stamp and can do a lot of the same things. You can be a tool junkie, a technique freak, a C&S carmaker or a pile-it-on scrapbooker – no matter what, there is room in your crafty life for digis. If you have never tried a digital stamp you are missing out!

I got to use some sweet new supplies that I just bought recently at our brand new Joann’s – which is HUGE. The pretty gathered teal fabric is from the sewing section and I LOVE it! And, the little ledger at the bottom is punched with my new binding edge punch from EK Success.

Scrapmaster’s Paradise Color Combo (DT Call)

Good early morning (or, like me, late night!) to all you queenies!

I am very excited to be putting up my first entry for SPCC challenge. This is also the first in a series of entries in order to apply for a DT spot over there. (yeay!)

The Combo:

You know, Baja Breeze looked a little more turquois before. :)

I'm excited to share this with you for two reasons: One, I colored this image with colored pencils which I NEVER do. I am pretty much copic/watercolor all the way but, I am very happy with the results. And two: I got a chance to use some papers from SEI that I have been dying to use – and used them in a way that I didn’t expect when I bought them.

So, no more waiting, here we are:

She’s so cute, right? I am very happy with this card shape as well. The overhang allows you to use two patterned papers behind the main image – gives a lot of depth methinks. Here is the sketch I used (I modified it a little):

Inspired by Inchies

The challenge over at Tiddly Inks this week is inspired by Inchie Arts (mini cards).

I am, admittedly, not great at making very SMALL things. I intended for this to be smaller than it ended up being, but it is smaller than a standard A2 size. AND I went to the Inchie Arts blog and was inspired by their idea to use four squares stamped with the same image.

Tip: To add interest to the little squares and save time: digitally draw a square frame around the cropped sections and space them evenly before you print, then you won’t have to cut each one and mat it separately. Just color and cut neatly around the all four and your grouping is all ready to go.

I am not usually the clean and simple type of cardmaker, but this one just wanted to be that way, so what am I to do?

Something “Fairy” SCARY!

Good morning people. I am hopping on this morning to show you a card that I made for the Tickled Pink Challenge blog!

I’m in LOVE with this image. I’m a sucker for fairies as it is and when you put that together with my love of TPS stamps…well there is little that could go wrong really.

I decided that she is very small and she takes refuge under a scary, curvy black rose from all the SPOOKS on Halloween! I used the Curvy tree from Tiddly Inks as the stem. I love mixing stamp companies and these two are really up at the top of my FAVES list.

I have been hoarding these big roses, not knowing what to use them on because they are FOAM. That’s right, they are made of an off-white foam – I thought they took the ink and Stickles beautifully!

My Mind’s Eye August Sketches

I have a layout and a card to enter in the MME blog sketch challenges

I actually didn’t have a LOT of MME products. My LSS doesn’t really carry much of it so the only things I had to work with were the Simply Delightful MEGA stack and the first Life Stories stack. I used the iTop, punches and my “mad flower-making skills” to stretch that paper and turn it into embellishments. everything is made or covered with MME paper except for the tiny flowers and the solid cardstock.

I am loving the little “age” circle with our ages in it from Life Stories. I’m really happy with the results.

I found the card a bit more challenging than the layout. I realize that I rely on premade embellishments for card making more than I do for scrapbooking. But, I used the remnants from making my layout and I do like that paper. The tags, larger flowers and patterned paper are all MME products.

My Love Affair with Authentique (and Yellow!)

I have recently become obsessed with a new paper line called Authentique. Their paper is LUSH and their designs are modern, a little grunge-y and SO versatile.

I have also had a recent love for everything yellow – which plays into my Authentique obsession in the form of their line called BLISSFUL.

Take a look:

I mixed their grey, yellow, and black motif with a yellow grip paper from one of my favorite other paper companies: Basic Grey (Origins). They match PERFECTLY!

Also used: Thickers, pearl push pins, Martha Stewart punch around the page, The Paper Studio gems, and dollar bin flowers.

On this one I used some plain Wassau grey cardstock and some more BG (Origins) grid paper(black) to offset the beautiful papers and title from Authentique (Blissful). My Martha Stewart Score board and edge punch got a little play one this one as well.

TOMIC #10 Guest DT Project!

I am so, so, SO excited for today! It’s time for TOMIC #10 and I would like to share my guest DT project. YEAY!

The challenge is (make your own drumroll…):

Make a Scene with MASKING!

You know, masking isn’t really a technique that I use often, so this really did stretch my stamping muscles – but in a good way!

I am really pleased with the blue paper roses that I made. I think I have discovered a technique that really works for me.

Also, I MADE the little bling-y swirls in the style of Say it in Pearls by Prima. I want to do a tutorial on them soon, so look for that!

I am very pleased that my little ribbon roses took the Glimmer Mist so well. They started out white and now I know I can make them any color I want with my mists! Very cool.

Side Note: Honestly, I am a little disappointed with how the pictures of this turned out. It is so cute in person and the photos DID leave a little something to be desired – even though I tried to photograph them a MILLION ways. I DID find out that my camera has this cool stitch thing where I can take a three photos in a series and they will stitch together in a long photo. Cool, right?

I Actually DO Scrapbook!

Going back through my blog I see that I don’t really post my scrapbooking pages all that much. I really do scrapbook quite often, but I never think about entering them into contests or anything AND I have been making more cards since I started blogging.

So, starting now I am going to make more of an effort to post my pages as well as my cards. Today I will share something I finished very recently:

I am so excited by how this turned out. The paper roses and the bronze-y looking ribbon flowers are handmade in an effort to look like Prima flowers. The white and brown paper flowers actually ARE Prima so I am glad the two were able to blend so nicely.

Sweet Princess Card.

I am super proud of this card. I created it as part of two bids I am making for Design Team positions. I am crossing my fingers that I make it on to one (both would be awesome too!). The heart stickers, pink gems, “Princess” embellishment and the “make a WISH” stamp are all part of the EVER AFTER line from Pebbles Inc. (such cute, good-quality products from them) and the blond cutie there on the front is “60s Ivy” from Tickled Pink Stamps.

The photo shows it in the open position. I love how it turned out and I think it is one of my best ones yet!

Make the Cut and Provo Craft

I realize I am SUPER late in responding to this whole mess. That's just me, I guess. Here is the thing: I am, as many are, very disappointed in Provo Craft. The fact of the matter is that I bought my Cricut for $127.00 on ebay. I don't HAVE more than that to spend on one scrapbooking tool. I am a tool nut and cannot fathom laying down $300+ just for a die cutting machine. I actually love my cricut. It's supplies are readily and locally available and it has an ease of use unmatched at it's current size and price point. I will be keeping and using my E until it dies...after that I can't promise what will happen.

As for some issues that continually come up in this discussion.

1) 'A company can't tell you how to use your microwave or stove and they can't tell you how to use your cricut'

-This is actually true. A company cannot sell you a tool and then restrict how, when and with what third party materials you choose to use it with. However, the lawsuit of MTC vs. PC actually wasn't REALLY about that. PC (and some highly paid Bank of America-funded lawyers) filed a copyright infringement lawsuit that basically stated that MTC was making money from their trademark by using PC-branded products" illegally" to promote their program. It also stated that (through cartridge backup) it was circumventing their image copyrights. Now, was the INTENT of the lawsuit to limit and restrict the use of the Cricut as a tool? Of course it was. THAT was the real goal of the suit, and unfortunately, for us, it was a goal that PC achieved.

What would I have done? Well, there could have been some restrictions set by PC to limit the use of their trademark to any third party company. Also, they could have charged a fee to any company that wanted to use that trademark. A simple, lucrative, and creative solution.

2) 'ACTUALLY in the TOUs of the PC website you can't sell ANYTHING made with the cricut in any way'

-This actually can only be true of images owned by and/or created by the company. If you cut a circle in a die cutting machine and then cut it in half and use it as a bowl to hold fruit stickers on the front of a card- you can sell it. If you leave it a circle and use it as a moon - you can sell it. If you own the tool and the paper and the glue you can do with it what you please as long a it is not representative of or directly created, uniquely by another individual and copyrighted. They did not create the circle, nor the square, or any other number of common and uncommon public domain shapes. Ridiculous.

What would I have done? Sell images for commercial use with a commercial license. A commercial license is much more expensive than a product sold for non-commercial use. Simple, lucrative, and creative. Are we sensing a theme?

3) 'PC was just protecting their product! They have a unique item and they have the right to protection! The machine did JUST what it is supposed to do before the third party programs!'

-No miss Cricut Circle Zombie, they were NOT protecting their product; PC was protecting their market share and so was Bank of America. They were misusing the law and their political heavy hand to edge out any 3rd party product that enhanced the user experience of their product while NOT adding to their bottom line. Secondly, they sell a TOOL that also is compatible with ACCESSORIES sold by their company. Just like the accessories sold by Apple for the iPod, they are expensive, branded, and NOT the only good option available. But, unlike PC, Apple chooses to work with other companies to improve their customer's user experience and make the use of their product possible for many ages, educations, and income levels - PC could take a lesson. Lastly, yes, when the original bug was released it did JUST what it was supposed to do without 3rd party programs. Well, Maps did exactly what they were supposed to do before the invention of the GPS, but I don't see anyone backtracking on that technology, now do I?

What would I have done? Well, the most intelligent thing that a company can do these days is go digital. Instead of retiring all the old carts and making expensive "Best of" carts that they can't GIVE away, why not make the retired images available as SVGs in an e-store a la iTunes and QK Silhouette? They could make TONS more money on the launch of a new and improved CDS with integrated SVG software and continue to glean profits off of old designs that cannot be purchased any other way. They would also be opening the door to all the customers who might never have bought ONE PC product except that now all those great PC cart images can be cut on ANY machine they already have. Simple, lucrative, and creative.

The verdict? PC made this issue very complicated, alienating, and in-the-box. They forgot who they are selling to. They forgot that scrapbookers and crafters are often artists at the core. Artists JUST DON'T LIKE words like 'restrictions' and 'market share' because it makes us feel like a business that used to be behind our art is now just another big roadblock in the WAY of our art. Art is free and therapeutic and flows out in a random, wild jumble that can only be organized by the people we share the art with and the TOOLS we use to realize it. Of all the cardinal sins that can be committed by a company that has build its foundation on art, the number one offense is to purposely refuse to be creative. Their overwhelming greed has caused them to loose sight of their first goal which was to make creativity more easily available to the masses. They forgot to be creative with their solutions and frankly they are starting to loose much of the creativity in their products. The Imagine is just about the least imaginative pile of overpriced, expensive to maintain piece of crap I have ever seen.

I won't deny that I, along with many others, have been bitten and am still nursing a bite from the 'Bug. But, I'm starting to watch my crafting waistline and a brand new Silhouette might be just what the doctor ordered. :)

At times like this, it ain't easy being a Queen. But, what is easy is not always right and what is right is not always easy, so chins up Queenies, because it's still good to be us.

Also, the harlequin pattern behind my dancers is a great technique that I really want to show you (maybe for Technique Tuesday?).

Yesterday was a really fun day because my cousins Myscha and Myckenzie came over for my birthday party and they stayed the night. We made cards together and I took some pictures. Yey!!!

My First ATC….Uuuum. Hmm…yeah.

So, whatever trait is in a person that makes them love making and exchanging ATCs…yeah, I don’t have it.

I found the ATC thing very frustrating. I DID use an image I’ve been waiting to use though and he was just as easy-peasy as I thought he would be to color (you’ll probably be able to guess why).

I am too tired to put product details, but this is a Tiddly Inks image and I colored with Copics.

Top Tip: Mini Pop Dots Made EASY.

Okay, well, since I missed the deadline for last week’s Top Tip by MINUTES – I’ll just have to post my idea for last week’s tip for THIS week!

Ok, have you ever gotten any of those TINY pop dots? At first you think, “GREAT! I can pop dot even SMALL things with these!”

Then reality hits and you realize that getting those dots out of that sheet is a lesson in frustration. Well….no more. :)

I have devised a way of extracting those tiny dots and –gasp- getting them on your project with relative ease.

Decorative Edge Scissors: So Easy!

So, there is one age-old scrapbooking tool that I simply LOVE – decorative edge scissors!

So, here is my tip for Top Tip Tuesday using one of my fav designs: the small scallop.

I always find that it is hard to cut a straight line with a deco edge scissor, so here is my simple tip to make that a lot easier.

Rainbow Connection Inspiration Card

Hello! Just popping in to post a card:

A2 size card.

Card base: DCWV, Frog stamp and castle background: Tiddly Inks, Cloud stamp: OWH blog, Rainbow: The Crafty Nomad, Sentiment: Rainbow connection quote, Frame: Jillibean Soup stamp, Pearls: Reminisce, Coloring: Prang 16 watercolors & Metallic watercolors

So, in an unusual turn of events, I was not that inspired by the pet challenge at Tiddly Inks (of who’s challenges and digis I love). So, I looked through my TI stamps trying to find one that spoke to me – and this little frog princess just HOPPED out at me, so I went looking for a sentiment that might inspire a card. Lo and behold, the first thing that popped up was this Rainbow Connection quote by the most famous frog ever: Kermit. BOOM, the stars collided and this card was born. :)

Hellooooo! (it’s been so long since my last post – NOT!)
