Quick Card Before Bed

Have a card to share with you tonight.  I had an unexpected day off because the ice has begun to coat everything here in Missouri!

Here is my card:

000_0002

000_0001 000_0001

I am LOVING my new Slice Elite!  The swirl, flowers, and sentiment tag were al made using my Slice.

Also, the harlequin pattern behind my dancers is a great technique that I really want to show you (maybe for Technique Tuesday?).

Sentiment reads: No disguise can long conceal love where it exists.

Kids Making Cards!

Yesterday was a really fun day because my cousins Myscha and Myckenzie came over for my birthday party and they stayed the night.  We made cards together and I took some pictures.  Yey!!!

Here are the girls and their creations:

P1020109

P1020108

We had a lot of fun and I think the recipients of these cards are going to love them!

I’m very sick right now and I’m about to call in to work, but I’m glad i got to see some of my girls.  We had so much fun!

Later queenies!

My First ATC….Uuuum. Hmm…yeah.

So, whatever trait is in a person that makes them love making and exchanging ATCs…yeah, I don’t have it.

I found the ATC thing very frustrating.  I DID use an image I’ve been waiting to use though and he was just as easy-peasy as I thought he would be to color (you’ll probably be able to guess why).

My ATC:

P1020040

I am too tired to put product details, but this is a Tiddly Inks image and I colored with Copics.

Tiddly Inks: Create an ATC

Yeah, I just….it’s so SMALL.  Jeesh!  As you can see, I made the image too big…so I strung some string through it and it will most likely become an ornament for this year’s Xmas tree. :)

Thanks for looking!
