DCWV–Violet Leaf Card

Happy Monday people!!  Her today to bring you a third DCWV project for March!  I used the Violet Leaf Stack and the Violet Leaf Matstack to make this pretty anniversary card!

Everything on this card is from the stacks except for the stamping because DCWV stacks have so many bits and pieces to cut out and add to your projects!

AnniversaryCard

The patterns and colors of this collection are so dynamic and contrasting, but I love how they all go together!  And these new matstacks are to DIE for! See the scalloped mat?  Those scallops are cut for you because all the new matstacks are shaped!

DCWV/Tombow Spring Fling!

Welcome to the DCWV/Tombow Spring Fling Blog hop!

This week, DCWV and Tombow have teamed up to spread a little bit of spring fever.  Both design teams are excited to show you just what we have done with the My Sunshine and Chickadee stacks from DCWV, and some amazing adhesive products from Tombow.

If you have come here from Tombow then you're on track! If not, you should go back there and start today’s leg of the hop!

I decided to bring you a cute, little, double banner that I made with the Chickadee stack and a bunch of Tombow adhesive!

I love the new Tombow Power Tabs! I used them to pop the scalloped circles onto the banners.

I used the Tombow Mono Mulit Liquid glue to cover these little wooden shapes with the Chickadee paper – aren’t they adorable!? The coverage and smoothness of the glue is awesome.

This Chickadee stack has lots of great spring patterns and it is so easy to use on projects like this because it’s only 6x12 and has a pretty scalloped edge on each page.  See how I used them as the tops on some of my banners?

I assembled most of the pieces of the banners with this SUPER awesome Tombow Stamp Runner – the application is smooth and the adhesive is STRONG! Love it!  I’ve used it so much since getting it that I’m already through the starter cartridge!

Be sure to visit all the projects featured this week and leave a comment for your chance to win!  We will be giving away both the My Sunshine and Chickadee stacks to 2 lucky readers, and one amazing package of Tombow Adhesive including NEW Stamp Runner Permanent Adhesive, NEW Stamp Runner, Dot Pattern Adhesive,  MONO Multi Liquid Glue, NEW Power Tabs and MONO Glue Stick, 0.77 oz to one other lucky reader!  The more you comment, the more chances you have to win!

Now, head on over to the talented Jan for some more inspiration!

Happy Friday!! I’m here to bring you a little layout that I did using the new DCWV “The Baby Boy Stack” – it is SO cute and it has a sister stack too!  They are keepers for sure!

The background paper is one of my favorites! The big safety pins are just so cute!  There are also tons of saying to cut from this paper and I couldn’t stop myself from using several of them!

DCWV–The Foiled Elegance Stack + Some Odd Girl!

Hey there people!  It has been a while since I’ve posted anything featuring a colored character.  I do love coloring and I was totally inspired by the latest Odd Girl hop! So…let’s get to the goods shall we?

LOVE this stack because it is printed on kraft and is so beautiful!!  I also used one of the new little 6x6 glitter stacks that are so FAB!

Glitter-FoilEleganceCard

Just LOVE this card – so cute!  If you want to color on kraft (like I did here) try using colored pencils – they give a really nice, deep color on kraft paper.
