I LOVE how this tag came out!  I am a big fan of Andrea Budjack.  If you don't know her, do an image search of her name and you will be bombarded with beautiful projects!  She is especially good at making wonderful, layered tags.  I TOTALLY give her work credit as inspiration for my sweet birthday tag.

 (Everything on this tag is from the kit except the distress ink I used to ink the edges.  I die cut the doily with a Sizzix doily die.)
